Feeling renewed?
We hope so after watching this video.
This yoga sequence for stress relief and recovery was created with a number of different goals in mind.
It can be used as a stand alone practice to unwind at the end of the day, to boost your recovery in between workouts when you are sore, to “stack” at the end of any of our other sections for a cool down, or to be a restorative practice for stress relief.
Most yoga classes are about an hour and 15 minutes long.
They keep them that long because they have to give you enough value for your money, because they want you to get in a great workout, and because there is almost always a restorative/cool down section at the end of the class.
That’s where Yoga Stretch For Stress Relief and Recovery comes in.
We want you to stack this section at the end of our other videos for a complete workout if you have the time.
Remember, what you are watching here is a rehearsal video from our content creation phase of the project. When we go to film the DVDs (based on all of your feedback), we are going to create a DVD menu that will allow you to stack all of our different workouts. The DVD will preload several recommended routines but you will be able to customize it any way that you want.
For example, one of our recommended workout plans is to start with Yoga Sweat to get your heart pumping. Then we suggest moving onto Yoga Strength to continue that burn through slow moving balancing poses. Then take a deep breath and cool down with Yoga Stretch.
