Description: Yoga Fix is a complete 5 day gentle yoga system to help fix your strength, energy, posture, and pain.
Designed to fit into your busy schedule, it’s the perfect program to do in the mornings before work, or after a long day at the office.
No previous experience or flexibility is required. This is a foundations course created for absolute beginners, middled aged adults, and desk workers.
We provide safe, gentle modifications to traditional yoga poses to ensure that anyone can do yoga. Even if you can’t touch your toes!
