Introduction

On this page, we will explain all about delivery estimates, processing time, and order delays.

Delivery timeframe

We ship out from multiple international warehouses. Our delivery estimates can vary depending on your location, product demand on the current stock, season, etc.

Note: delivery times might be impacted during natural disasters or any other external forces including and not limited to pandemics.

Order processing time

Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order, once your order has been processed and shipped, you can easily track your order via My Account page, if there is an issue with your tracking number please contact us.

  • Shipping time frames for US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe:
    • Standard Shipping: orders might take 7-15 Days to be received. In most cases, your order will arrive within 2 weeks or less.
    • Express Shipping5-10 days in transit.
  • Shipping time frames for other countries:
    • Standard Shipping: orders might take 15-30 Days to be received.

Delayed Orders

If your order took longer than the expected delivery date by 10 business days, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve the logistic issue or take the appropriate action to your satisfaction.

Sometimes orders would take longer than expected to be delivered for various reasons e.g. high season, extremely high demand for certain products, holidays, weather, natural disasters, external forces including and not limited to pandemics, etc…

Shipping Rates

The shipping rates are dynamically calculated based on how many products you have in the cart, the accurate rate calculation will take place at the cart and checkout page.

Body By Yoga provides a variety of exercise programs, some of which are physically demanding and high-intensity in nature. For this reason, you must listen to your body, use common sense, take breaks, and hydrate as needed to avoid injury. If at any time you feel any discomfort, pain, dizziness, light-headedness, shortness of breath, or nausea, stop exercising immediately and consult your physician. Incorrect or excessive training can result in serious injury or death.
