Class 2. Power Up
A challenging power yoga class that will get your heart pumping and your muscles burning
Turn any lunch break, rest day, or weekend into a power hour that will challenge and excite.
Short on time? We’ve divided this workout into two parts. We invite you to join us for the full 45 minute routine, but we’ll understand if you leave us after the first 20 minutes.
This is one of the hardest workouts we have ever filmed. Get your towel ready, you’re going to need it.
Class 3. Energize
Designed to refocus, realign, and reenergize you for the rest of the day
This energizing routine starts you on the floor and almost tricks you into working out!
Divided into two parts, you can use the full routine as a complete workout in the evening, or as a quick pick-me-up before going to the gym, out on the town, or hanging with friends and family.
