Think Yoga Vitality might be too easy? Start with this workout first. If it’s too difficult, then complete Yoga Vitality first. When you are ready, move on to Yoga Fix and then eventually to Yoga Boost. Yoga Start provides modifications to traditional yoga poses to match your level of flexibility.

Combines stretching, mobility, yoga, and self myo-fascial release. You’ve seen these exercises in medical offices, in the gym, and on the field with athletes – and now it’s your turn to see how quickly you can recover between workouts, how easy it is to undo the effects of sitting all day, how limber you can feel with a few select exercises!

Gentle strength foundations to address common aches and pains. This is a 5 day, 20-minute per day program. Fix your posture, get rid of pain and discomfort caused by desk jobs, increase your energy, and build a basic level of fitness in less than 20 minutes per day. Made for absolute beginners and beyond!
