Using a chair helps raise the height of the ground and provides support for balancing postures. We created this chair yoga program for beginners so that you can feel every stretch and exercise the way it was meant to be felt. That doesn’t make these workouts easier. Rather, it provides inflexible beginners with a way to do each pose properly and safely!
