Every class is led by 3 instructors showcasing 3 different levels of modifications for every pose. That means that every class can be completed in 3 different ways:

Level 1 – Beginners

Level 2 – Intermediates

Level 3 – Advanced

The best part is that Yoga Vitality comes with 4 complete classes that will challenge you as you grow. It is one of the most versatile and comprehensive chair yoga programs ever filmed.

WHY DO WE USE A CHAIR?

Hint: It’s not to make it easier!

Proper Technique – We use chairs to bring the ground up to your current level of flexibility and fitness. It’s not to make our workouts easier! Rather, it is to make sure you get the intended benefits out of every pose!

Safety & Support – Learn the ropes one step at a time without the risk of injury. Your chair is a backup safety net while you practice balancing and

standing strength building exercises.

You’re doing yoga to GET more flexible, not because you are flexible. Yoga Boost is unique because we provide modifications for people who aren’t used to doing yoga, ESPECIALLY inflexible people. You do not have to be flexible in order to start.

Though we loaded Yoga Boost with modifications for men, what that really means, is that we loaded it with modifications for anyone who has tight shoulders, tight hamstrings, and for those who may not be able to touch their toes. Whether you are inflexible because you’re just getting back into shape, or because your muscles are tight from hitting the gym, you’ll find that with our modifications, absolutely anyone can do yoga in a safe, supportive, and low impact way.
Yes! Yoga is NO-IMPACT, which means that you’ll be able to get a fantastic workout without any of the wear and tear on your joints that accompanies traditional workouts like running or lifting weights.
