Yoga Charge – Free Beta Videos – Morning 1 Version 1

This video was designed to help wake you up, to activate your muscles, energize you for your day, and to loosen the muscles that get will get impacted by office jobs and by long car drives.

We’ve combined traditional yoga postures with some light dynamic movements to get your blood flowing. We hope you enjoy it!
