Your yoga practice can be whatever you need it to be. Yoga can be for energy and focus for your day, injury rehabilitation and prevention, reduce pain and stiffness, build muscle or a better start to your day. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, you can work towards a stronger and better version of yourself.

Breathing properly can help warm up your body, so in turn you’re able to go deeper into postures with less chance of injury. Also when you focus on your breath it can help slow down your mind and focus more on your flow.

During your practice seal your lips and breath in and out through your nose. Let each inhale and exhale last 5 seconds. With this breathing technique it can reduce stress, increase focus and expand your lung capacity.
