Yoga is for anyone at any level. We want everyone to feel challenged in their practice so we’ve created all-inclusive classes that will help improve your performance, make you stronger, and help prevent injury.
When you up the ante in your workouts it’s a sure way to gain more strength and muscle. If you’re doing the same difficulty of yoga eventually your body will become used to it and it might not be as enjoyable to you anymore. In a tough yoga class it can be hard to get through it, but we’ve all felt that rush of relief and feeling of empowerment once you’ve given it your all and the class ends.
Upping the challenge level in your practice can be as easy as holding poses for longer or taking on more challenging postures.
