Every class is led by 3 instructors showcasing 3 different levels of modifications for every pose. That means that every class can be completed in 3 different ways:
Level 1 – Beginners
Level 2 – Intermediates
Level 3 – Advanced

WHY DO WE USE A CHAIR?
Hint: It’s not to make it easier!
Proper Technique – We use chairs to bring the ground up to your current level of flexibility and fitness. It’s not to make our workouts easier! Rather, it is to make sure you get the intended benefits out of every pose!
Safety & Support – Learn the ropes one step at a time without the risk of injury. Your chair is a backup safety net while you practice balancing and
standing strength building exercises.
Room To Grow – We show you how to do each pose with, and without a chair so you can keep using this program as you get better and better! Perfect for those who want to learn the ropes before joining a local studio!
