The video quality is terrible. It’s like he filmed it by himself in his basement.

I would call myself a strong intermediate, so when I saw this and read the reviews I was excited. I have been using the same Vinyasa videos forever and was ready for something different and more challenging. This was not it. Not only are the sessions too short (30 mins), they barely drew a sweat. Plus the dude constantly instructs and I find that so off putting. I like to hear my music, receive brief instruction, not be told what to do every second. Besides this was level two in the series. I purposely skipped level one hoping to avoid any basic instructions. Didn’t matter. He would not stop instructing. And the breathing was also off putting. Maybe not everyone will feel this way, but I was annoyed hearing him breathing so loudly through his nose. I’ve never had that reaction anywhere, with any video. I did here. The audio people should have noticed it was too loud and adjusted. It was like being next to someone in a class you can’t escape. You have no choice but to put up with it. I just wanted it all to end. But I wanted to finish it because I paid for it. I also wanted to see if I was wrong at any point. Nope. I really cannot see myself using this video again. This was poorly thought out IMO.

I started with Level 1 and stuck with this level for several weeks, doing the workouts 1-2 times a week to supplement my usual fitness regimen. I did enjoy the workouts and noticed some improvement in my strength and especially my balance, not so much with flexibility. I was really looking forward to moving up to Level 2. I was SO DISAPPOINTED to see that all three Level 2 workouts are basically the same EXACT workouts as Level 1, just with 3-4 extra, more difficult poses sandwiched in about 3/4 of the way into the workout. I feel this was a very lazy approach to making this program. After weeks of doing Level 1, I was ready for a fresh NEW workout to keep me interested and motivated. I was also very disappointed that the Abs “bonus” workout is not actually part of the program but requires downloading something from the Internet.
