In this video we’ll go over how a 2 minute child pose can help with better sleep. Start on all fours with toes touching and knees at the edge of the mat like you’re getting ready to go down into Childs pose. Exhale back with tailbone going back towards your heels keeping your chest up then inhale back to the starting position. Inhale and exhale going back and forth between these two movements. Doing these will help you come back into your mindful breathing and relax your mind and body.
Some other poses that will help you get a better nights rest are happy baby and a reclined figure 4. Happy baby helps reduce heart rate, eases stress and realigns spine. Reclined figure 4 helps relieve lower back tension and stretches your hips.
