Back pain can happen to anyone. We want to help you get ahead of it, so we put together some tips and classes to prevent it. Overextending your muscles, working out with an incorrect form or sitting at a desk all day can all cause back pain. Twisting, elongating and stretching your back can help you release tension.

Something as simple as poor posture can cause misalignment in your spine and that can create back pain. Regularly stretching your legs and back can help prevent back pain. Getting your muscles to relax instead of forcing your muscles helps release tension then that creates an easier space to for your muscles stretch. Doing simple postures like Cat-Cow is a great way to lightly stretch the back and help prevent back pain. Strengthening your back is just as important was stretching it.
