Did you know that doing even two minutes of yoga is better than doing no yoga at all?
Perhaps, a longer practice seems intimidating. Maybe, you are just starting out with yoga and you are a beginner who wants to work your way up to a more intense practice.
Whatever the case is, finding any time at all to practice yoga is a great way to ensure that you are keeping yourself up and moving and keeping while increasing your mobility.
In the practice above, we look at a two minute practice that can help to energize you and start your day off right.
This routine also includes balancing poses, making it a great way to increase your stability and balance over time. While a shorter practice might need to be done more often to really see results, it is better than having no practice at all.
Even a quick two minute practice can be effective in raising your endurance, making it possible to keep practicing for longer and longer as time goes on.
Eventually, you might even work your way up to a full-length class.
This is how, even for beginners, yoga is accessible, and any practice can be worked up to with patience and proper effort.
