Honestly I didn’t really like it. I don’t really feel like this beginner friendly. And it doesn’t tell you ahead of time that you will need equipment to go with the workout. I also tried going online to use the website and some of the things they offered with program isn’t even on the website. If I had to do this again I would look for something else.

You need to buy yoga stuff to participate. Blocks, bands and mats so far. I have non of it. So now I have to go find something I can use so I can now participate

Not what I expected. Watched the first 15m. Realized I needed additional yoga “tools†to get the workouts right. Sticking with DDP yoga instead…
Thanks but no thanks.
It’s a dust collector now.

The stretching was ok at best. He talked more than anything. Guess it would be great if you just liked listening to him talk.

Underproduced, amature vidoes. Not much quantity either. Boring.

This was suppose to be a beginners program not so much that you need to go to the web site n register it to use the beginner portion but the web site doesn’t allow you to

Misleading not begginers at all

I could not deal with this program. My biggest problem was trainers who begin a program where the participants are instructed to get on the floor and face the floor. I cannot watch the program and exercise at the same time…my head is facing downward, not up at the tv screen. I realize at some point many programS or programs will have exercises where you are facing the floor, but to start out that way is a problem for me. I at least want a warm-up, some arms and core before getting on the floor and facing away from the screen. I have dozens of programs so I am not about to memorize each one. My goal is to shake things up and begin my work-out, not study the darn thing for several times. I would not recommend this program.

When I started the work out , they used a block but that did not come with program. I would never have bought this if I had known I had to go out and find my own block.
