Start your day with these energizing postures

There are plenty of benefits from doing yoga to start your day. Doing a mini morning routine can boost your energy, help you focus and reduce stress throughout the day & stretch out the BBY APiela 159kinks from your sleep the night before.

Doing a quick yoga flow can help with your digestive system. When you start your day with yoga you don’t have your meals sitting with you in your practice. That can get you into twisting or other postures easier while also boosting your metabolism. An easy 10 minute flow in the morning with help you stretch your muscles and help slowly build them. Most people don’t have time to head to the gym before starting their day, having a quick, go-to flow can really change how your day will go for the better. Take that morning in-bed stretch to the next level onto your yoga mat.

You can get these benefits anytime throughout the day with your yoga practice, but when you start your day with yoga you can really get the most out of it. Ditch the coffee and pull out your yoga mat for some quick, energizing poses.
