Other ways to stay involved

One of our favorite things about yoga is the community that’s behind it. We have tons of ways to be involved in our yoga community that we’ve built. We have free, short lessons on YouTube that you can use for a quick workout or learn how to perfect a posture. Our Facebook group is filled with likeminded people where you can ask questions or start a discussion. You can follow us on Instagram or Pinterest to see the latest gear or tips we put out. Sometimes we host challenges that can give you the opportunity to not only meet fitness focused people, but a chance to win a free luxury yoga mat.

Everyone has to start somewhere. We have yoga classes for all skill levels but we created this simple vinyasa flow for people who are new to yoga. This mini sequence was created to warm up your body and get it ready for more difficult movements. In flows like this you’re constantly moving your body to help build muscle strength. If you’re looking for a good sweat power yoga is for you.
